Rentals on Koh Samui
The Villa
The villa is suitable for 4 people in 2 separate rooms,
Rates are subject to 10% service charge.
Note: It is assumed that prior to confirming a reservation sanctioned by a deposit, the paying guest has read the General Terms and Conditions of Global Villa.
A deposit of 50% of the total rental fees is required in order to guarantee booking.
Outstanding balance will be paid at least 30 days before the day of arrival.
If booking is within 30 days of the arrival, the whole rental fee of the Villa shall be due upon confirmation of the availability.
Rates:
Prices are per night, in US Dollars, for the entire Villa.
The price includes 1 Jeep Suzuki Caribbean or 1 motorbike Honda 100cc. (coverage of rental cost only)
Jeep / Motorbike rental agreement will be done with our co-partner only, and on the customer own responsibility.
The price does not include breakfast.
The Villa has 1 full time staff maid, babysitting (if required), maintenance and security.
